Job Overview:
We are looking for dedicated, full-time UI/UX Design Interns to join us for a 6-month internship. This role provides the opportunity to work on real client projects, using tools like Figma and Adobe XD to design interfaces with a focus on client satisfaction. During this internship, you’ll receive ongoing training and feedback on how to communicate with clients, manage project feedback, and refine your designs. If your performance is outstanding, there is potential for a salaried role after the internship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design visually appealing, responsive websites and interfaces using the Bootstrap grid system.
- Work with Figma and Adobe XD, using the paid versions provided to you for professional projects.
- Collaborate on client-based projects, from initial concepts to final delivery.
- Communicate with clients to understand their vision and incorporate their feedback.
- Ensure every project is completed with a client-first mindset and high attention to detail.
- Follow all company rules, maintain a regular schedule (9 am to 5 pm), and meet all deadlines.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles, website design, and the Bootstrap grid system.
- Familiarity with Figma and Adobe XD; we will provide access to the paid versions.
- Full-time availability (8 hours per day, 5 pm to 12 am, 1 hr Beak ) with strict adherence to company policies.
- Willingness to learn, take feedback, and maintain a regular work routine under supervision.
- Ability to work with precision and maintain excellent client communication.
